Quad Cities First is dedicated to developing a smart, well-trained workforce for your business. That's why the region offers ongoing job training programs for those in the workforce as well as innovative programs to help develop the region's up-and-coming labor pool. 

 Young Professionals/The Network (The Network) of the Quad Cities was kicked off in April 2002. The Network is a growing network of over 1,700 young professionals, in their twenties and thirties, from the Quad Cities region. 

 The Network's core belief is that the more informed, involved, and networked young professionals are the more likely they will stay in the region, and the more impact they can have on what the region becomes. The Network's role is to engage young professionals in shaping and showcasing the greater Quad Cities region.  Career Cruising is an industry-leading online career guidance and planning system, designed to help middle- and high school students find the right career, explore education and training options, and build their own portfolios.
